Fresh, local, seasonal food. Traditional dishes made modern or with a new tasty twist. Great value. The best traditional Slovenian food I ever tasted! Desserts to die for, especially štruklji with local aromatic grapes. Friendly and home-like atmosphere. Excellent friendly service and great advice on food and vine choice (also mostly local origin), well worth taking. Thoughtfully decorated, even the toilets are worth seeing for small aesthetic touches.
Set in a picture perfect area, ideal for hiking and outdoor activities.
Definitely worth visiting. It makes my mouth water just remembering the visits!

We landed here after the positive reviews read on Tripadvisor. Service was excellent, we were warmly welcomed by a kind waiter speaking many languages (English, Italian, German) and promptly bringing us a baby chair for our son. Menu is interesting with several choices and local dishes.

Found this Restaurant by chance on Tripadvisor and took 30 minutes trip to make a trial. Really great experience. Excellent service/ sophisticated delicious food always paired by local champagne/wine; amazing experience... I returned on next day and managed to try their local special dish... Try crayfish risotto, really amazing... I will be back for sure.

Great sunday lunch. Tasty domestic food, local wines... friendly stuff. If you arrive on Sunday, I recommend reservation. We will come back soon.
